Signing Celebration: a Trenton show of support

Michiganders of all stripes support the nonpartisan Voters Not Politicians ballot initiative. Across the state's 83 counties, voters have the same message: Gerrymandering must end, and we are the ones to end it.

Leaders in Trenton and the surrounding region are adding their voices to the chorus, and they invite you to join them. In a public celebration, they will sign the petition needed to place the Voters Not Politicians proposal on the November 2018 ballot. Their signatures will be just a few of the more than 316,000 needed, but their message will resonate:

Gerrymandering hurts Trenton.
It hurts Downriver.
It hurts Wayne County, metro Detroit, and Southeast Michigan.
It hurts all of Michigan, and every Michigander.
Gerrymandering must end, and YOU are the one to help end it.

Join your community's leaders at this event to show your appreciation of their support for ending the gerrymander. You'll also have a chance to sign the Voters Not Politicians petition (if you haven't already). Let's show Lansing there is broad nonpartisan support for ending their partisan games.

Admission is free, and all Michiganders are welcome (including young ones)! However, space is limited, so please RSVP!
