Redistricting Reform Town Hall - Marquette

Voters Not Politicians is a grassroots, volunteer-driven campaign to end the toxic role partisan gerrymandering plays in Michigan elections.

Join us at a Town Hall in Marquette to learn more about partisan gerrymandering and how you can get involved to help amend Michigan’s Constitution to create a fair, impartial, and transparent process for drawing our election maps!

The state of Michigan faces serious problems, from our crumbling roads to our underfunded schools. That’s because politicians aren’t accountable to Michigan citizens under the current system--it is rigged to favor special interests by politicians who have the power to manipulate election maps behind closed doors. It’s called gerrymandering, and no matter which political party does it, it results in voters losing our voices.

It’s time we draw the line! You will have an opportunity to vote for a solution this November to end this problem by creating an Independent Citizens Redistricting Commission so that voters can choose their politicians, not the other way around!

Stop by to learn the facts and how you can get involved.

Admission is free, and all Michiganders are welcome (including young ones)! However, SPACE IS LIMITED, so please RSVP!
