Volunteer petition circulators will be collecting signatures at the Michigan Theater from 4:15pm - 5:15pm. They will be on the sidewalk outside the theater.
Circulators will be carrying VNP clipboards (with a strip of red tape) and signs, and wearing VNP shirts and/or button pins.
