Volunteer petition circulators will be collecting signatures at Arts, Beats & Eats from 11:00am - 8:00pm. They will be at a booth inside the festival, as well as outside multiple entrances to the festival.
Circulators will be carrying VNP clipboards, and wearing VNP shirts and/or button pins.
