Volunteer petition circulators will be collecting signatures from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Hastings Summerfest.
Circulators will be wearing VNP buttons and VNP t-shirts carrying clipboards. Circulators will be near arts and crafts fair around courthouse lawn and circulating on street and at Thornapple Plaza
