Voters Action Committee
Voters Action Committee is an independent expenditure committee that mobilized a nonpartisan grassroots group of motivated, organized, and highly trained volunteers. Voters Action Committee was focused on electing pro-voter candidates who will fight to protect the integrity of our elections and the freedom to vote in Michigan.
We protected Michigan's democracy and prevented election deniers from taking over our state government. We won 13 of the 15 targeted districts where we worked to send pro-voter candidates to the state legislature. Target districts were selected with input from a volunteer committee using information including a candidate questionnaire.
Voters Action Committee contacted hundreds of thousands of voters to let them know the importance of electing pro-voter candidates this election. Voters Action Committee:

- Texted 342,370 messages
